- Upfront payment only via. PayPal invoice. No refunds upon completion of transaction. All sales are final.- Please provide a clear and concise idea of what you would like such as physical references, commission type, facial expression, pose, or any other details you'd like included in the piece.- I'll provide progress images where I can and may ask questions along the way. Please do not contact me hourly or daily. I will update you when I have meaningful progress to share. Outside of necessary communication, please allow me the time and space to work on your commission.- 1-3 revisions are allowed, however any additional revisions that exceed these numbers will come with an additional charge depending on what is being changed and how long it takes.- Please be clear and respectful when giving feedback on what needs adjusting.- If you have a deadline in your mind and fail to mention this, I am not responsible for a due date that was never discussed. I don't allow deadlines, BUT we can discuss it depending on what my current living situation is, what the details entail, etc. Additional charges will be included on top of base price.- Third-party opinions, revisions, or feedback is STRICTLY PROHIBITED! This means no one speaking on your behalf. Communication must remain 1 on 1 with direct discussions from the commissioner.- PLEASE keep conversations relevant to the commission itself. Extra details that aren't added into the commission is not necessary unless it correlates to a question I may ask. This is vital as I do not want any important commission information/details drowned out and lost.- Do not ask me personal questions about myself and do not share personal information about yourself. I try to be kind and keep small talk to a casual minimum, but I'll most likely stray the conversation back to the commission if I see it's derailing.- If I mention a personal situation, it's only to let the commissioner aware of any delays.- I do not consent to my work being run through AI or altered by AI such as Grok, Sora, ChatGBT, etc.- I do not consent to my work being altered or edited in anyway that changes the piece from what it originally looked like.- Please ask me questions regarding commercial usage of a commission.
